Fundraising in 2023 - 2024
On Friday 20th October 2023, the children and staff supported the charity 'Show Racism the Red Card' by wearing red clothing to school and raised £80.
On Friday 22nd September 2023, we had our Harvest Service at St Mary's Church. As part of this day, we supported a local food bank charity and collected 100 cans.

Guide Dogs
Jeanne, Marilyn, Yvonne & Terry, together with their dogs Breck, Velvet and Florence came along to our STEM Fair to talk to our pupils and other visitors about their work with blind and partially sighted people and the training of their guide dogs.
On their stall they held a tombola and sold charity items raising £95.00 which is a fantastic amount as it hadn't been advertised. Thank you to everyone who contributed.
It costs £55,000 to support a guide dog from birth to retirement so fundraising and educational talks are essential.

Every Christmas we hold a Christingle service either at St Mary's Church or in our school hall. This is always a very special occasion and was again this year although sadly we were unable to invite our families and friends to join us.
Though the generosity of our families our Christingle candle money box appeal raised £134.70 for The Children's Society to support the vital work they do with vulnerable children.
