Thomley Hall

Chiltern House have adopted local charity, Thomley Hall as their house charity.  Each year they will be raising money for this wonderful venue for supporting families with a disabled child or a child with complex needs.

Funky Hair Day 2021

On Friday 30th April 2021 Chiltern House led fundraising for Thomley Hall.  Pupils were invited to come to school with a funky hair style or wig.  We had some very imaginative heads of hair and all had lots of fun.  In the afternoon they held a cake sale which is always very popular.  Donations of cakes and biscuits were generously baked by our families.

The event raised £323.14 for the charity.  As always thank you for your most generous support.

Chiltern House (green) supports the Royal British Legion and raises funds every November.  

This year each child painted a pebble which they placed round a beautiful wreath made from photos of their hands holding a painted poppy.

Poems were read before we observed 2 minute's silence to remember the sacrifice made by so many to give us peace.

Through online payments from our families we raised £102.41 for the Royal British Legion.  Thank you as always for your generosity.
